HUM? If my blog is so RIDDLED with lies then why in heavens name have you not bothered to sue me for harassment and slander yet as you threatened to do? Are you afraid of my briefcase of proof that everything in these pages is in fact true? You saw how your last appearance in court turned out or have you forgotten how you squirmed and stuttered as you were forced to admit your lies in front of all of us, the guests and judge? You want more? You said you wanted to know so allow Magoo to continue, but you’ll be sorry :)

Why did you cremate her body?

If you would have taken time away from your weekly scams, manipulations and outright lies of milking her for more money. Maybe you would have known her better. Her 1983 will outlines her wishes to be cremated and ashes held by a family member UNTIL Uncle Jim passes and they both be buried together back in Kansas. Or had you the decency to visit her in her last days instead of holed up in her home illegally selling her personal belongings on E-bay and Overstock.com, and illegally using her credit cards and bank account information to buy stamps and attempt to pay bills, you would know she signed cremation papers witnessed by the family and hospice volunteers in January of 2006. Adding also her wishes her ashes be kept by a family member until Jim passes and then both have that “decent burial” you speak of. Just how well did you know your grandmother? You boast you know her well…hum? Funny there are at least 10 surviving family members that will gladly testify in court as to Sharyn’s wishes after she passed. Why even the volunteers from Hospice were in 2006 and are today willing to testify in court as to her final wishes as well. Remember how you threatened to sue us before? Press murder charges and request an autopsy? So when your ready sweetheart the family will be there, the hospice volunteers will be there with ALL the records kept during their time with her, Magoo will have the 1983 will, the Hospice document she signed wishing to be cremated. I’ll have an entire briefcase of goodies for ya :)

Oh yes Magoo remembers, November of 2005 during that 2 week period, you committed to, you came to care for her, but instead after 4 days made her drive you at midnight across the bridge to Martinez , when she should not have been driving at all, to catch a train home. Which she paid for your ticket roundtrip! That’s the same November trip you didn’t even have the decency to drive her to her oncology appointment, instead she had to call…remember Uncle Mark? Mark’s mother had to drive over to take her. Leaving you alone in her apartment. HUM??? Tell Magoo something now. IS that the window of opportunity you were looking for to go through her things and steal her credit card numbers and bank account numbers? Or did you just wait till evening when she was asleep and rifle through her purse? Once you got what you TRULY came for did you have Chris call with that lame excuse so you can hightail it out of there and get home to illegally begin using them? Did you selectively forget these facts about THAT November? I’m sure you’ll want me to hold my breath until you answer that one! :)

And she’ll get one as soon as the final stages of her final wishes as to her funeral services are played out. But then you’d know that if you were AROUND! I sleep well at night but I wonder about you. What story are you going to tell those innocent children when Recontrust comes knocking to remove you from their house? That it was all God’s work they no longer have a roof over their heads AGAIN? It’s all God’s work that they have to be removed from the home, their schools and their friends AGAIN? That all they have to look forward to is more of a life of instability, insecurity and uncertainty, but that’s ok its all God’s plan AGAIN! What are you going to say to them when they mature enough to see you two for who you truly are?? I bet you’ll want me holding my breath till you answer those as well :)
