By George I believe its time for an UPDATE from the Magoo archives to you, our faithful readers. You see the more proof and truths out there, the more therealsherrimitchell has to answer to…I’d love to be a fly on her wall as she attempts to EXPLAIN away to all her blogger friends what’s within these pages. These pages are the truth showing in all her evil glory who therealsherrimitchell IS and NOT that pure of heart picture she paints of herself to all of them.


Ole man Magoo is reaching deep into his therealsherrimitchell archives/folder to bring you a first-hand account straight from the mouth and mind of therealsherrimitchell’s grandmother’s sister! That would be the grandmother therealsherrimitchell boasts loves her and HOW MUCH she appreciated and returned that love to, the one who sits atop her shoulder late at night whispering. “I love you” in her ear. The grandmother who in reality therealsherrimitchell did nothing but bring heartache, pain, undo-stress and worry, took advantage of and bled emotionally and financially, who abused her physically, mentally and verbally! Who she stole from throughout her teen and adult years. Who you manipulated to your advantage time and time again. Who successfully and attempted to FRAUDULENTLY use her credit cards without her permission while she lay dying of cancer in her deathbed!! And last but not least…accused Sharyn’s children of MURDERING her by OVERDOSE and then cremating her body to hide the evidence…directly after her passing AND as recently as 2 weeks ago which Magoo took the time to “print screen” that little evidence and you all can read it for yourselves right here and now in these copy and pasted e-mails…enjoy :) *take note of date and hour in which these little subliminal messages directed at us occured*

The "cafe" is not accessible now either (much like the other day when she took the blog down).

LOL…she HATES us alright! Why you ask? Because no matter where she goes and what she does we are dedicated in following her and outing her to the general public. She HATES the fact that we continue to protect the general public from her felonious ways and bring the real version of who and what kind of person she REALLY IS! So you see perhaps therealsherrimitchell…no let’s forget the perhaps part…SHE IS not the pure of heart Christian mother of 3 and devoted wife as she was portraying herself to be on her Google Blog Antique café. No she’s a filthy, disgusting, evil, potty-mouthed, manipulator, con artist, fraud, thief; the list goes on and on.

Mr. Magoo has changed the proper names and edited out a few…hehehe…ok honestly a LOT…of deserved expletives from these documents. They are documents prepared for the surviving family for submittal to the probate lawyer to speak on behalf of Sharyn’s true intent, the error/s of the lawyer hired to prepare a will for Sharyn and speak on the true character of one therealsherrimitchell!

I, Tweety Bird, (<-Proper name changed) am the sister of Sharyn Marie Perrin and during the last two (2) years of her life had numerous conversations with her as to her exact intentions regarding her last will/trust and the distribution of her possessions. The last conversation occurred just prior to the Thanksgiving holiday in November of 2005 Her intentions never varied or changed in any of those conversations over that two (2) year period even though by early November of 2005, my sister's mental acumen was becoming clouded by necessary pain medicine and her physical condition weakened by cancer. The following is an accurate account of our numerous conversations concerning her true intentions regarding the LaPine residence: 1. LA PINE HOUSE: Sharalyn Condrey was to have first option to buy the house but must do so within one (1) year for the purchase price of $150,000.00 and if she was unable to secure a loan or other means to pay the full amount in one lump sum then the house was to be put up for sale at the current full market value. The entire purchase price of $150,000.00 from the house sale if purchased by Sharalyn Condrey or if purchased by another buyer at full market value was to be placed in a trust for James Wirt Perrin (Sharyn's mentally challenged son) and administered for James' needs by Joseph and Cindy Perrin. My sister told me that the reason she was giving Sharalyn Condrey first option to buy the house was so she could finally have stability in her and her children's lives; a home! It was never my sister's intentions for Sharalyn Condrey to attempt to sell that house without Sharalyn Condrey, herself, actually purchasing the residence for $150,000.00 not $50,000.00! Mr. Magoo adds:(ESPECIALLY to SELL it IMMEDIATELY upon acquiring it to profit from it. Pocket the proceeds and run…oh they TRIED)!

The $50,000.00 purchase price stated in the will/trust was either a typographical error or a draft error written by Osby Davis. There were also other errors in the final will/trust which do not appear to be typographical errors, but erroneously written on the draft by Osby Davis. After being confronted as to various errors in the final will/trust, Osby Davis admitted misrepresentation and therefore would not seek payment for services rendered and to this day, has not sought payment. Another example of his misrepresentation is the fact that prior to my sister signing the will/trust, Mr. Davis neglected to render a draft copy to my sister in order for her to scrutinize for errors, possible changes, etc., before the final copy was typed up for signature.

Mr. Magoo adds: By the time Osby returned a copy to the Sharyn and the executor…Sharyn was so far detached and had lost her ability to even speak.


When he arrived for his first appointment around December 6 or 7 of 2005, I met him at the front door and told him that he should be aware that my sister was not mentally lucid enough to fully comprehend the intricacies of legal matters due to increased doses of pain medication and recent irrational behavior and since I was aware of her exact intentions and would not have any monetary mention in her will, I should remain while business was conducted. He told me I could not stay and would have to leave. I later discovered this not to be true since Sharyn's mental lucidity was compromised due to her illness.


Magoo chiming in here: as Magoo was present at this time at Sharyn’s sister side and in full agreement but we were told we HAD to leave…we WERE NOT told, that was Osby’s policy and NOT LAW…if he would have advised us to this fact we BOTH would have INSISTED on staying and perhaps this critical and ludicrous error would have been thwarted.

I spent several days a week and/or weekends with my sister during the last eight (8) months of her life and having worked in the medical field on an oncology ward, it was very apparent to me that her mental acumen and physical capabilities had rapidly diminished by early December of 2005 and that my sister was in the process of "detaching" from life. I and other family members had been constantly urging her to contact legal counsel regarding her will/trust. Her choice of a lawyer, Osby Davis, was questionable to me as she had hired him to handle our mother's estate and after several legal document errors on his part and even Sharyn's frustration as a result, I had to consult my family lawyer in order to circumvent further errors on Mr. Davis' part. When I questioned her choice of his services for her own will/trust after his ineptness regarding our mother's estate, she commented that she had once worked in a free legal clinic with him and felt "obligated."

Prior to my sister moving to California for cancer treatments, I frequently visited her LaPine home and contend that value of the entire contents within that residence are between $13,000-$15,000.00.


(Mr. Magoo here again: Lets not forget the countless photo albums, personal trinkets and irreplaceable sentimental items of value that therealsherrimitchell either sold on Ebay or is using to her advantage err deception as seen in photos on her Google blog site!)


On one of those visits, my sister told me that she had paid over $2,000.00 for her green wrought iron bedroom set. When my sister took up residence in Benicia, California, nothing but James'

(Uncle Jim who suffers from severe retardation and autism)(and cant fight for his rights from the evils of therealsherrimitchell himself),

and her clothing along with some personal items were brought with her from the LaPine residence. The Benicia apartment was totally furnished with items from our mother's estate and used by my sister in her Benicia apartment for the duration of her stay in California.

During my visits with Sharyn, she would get frequent phone
calls from Sharalyn, which more often than not, were pleas for money. Then on one of my visits, my sister related that Sharalyn had called and told her that Chris (Sharalyn's partner) had applied to work for the Forestry Services, got the job and was finally employed. Not long after this particular conversation, on one of my many visits, Sharyn received a phone call from Sharalyn who admitted she lied to Sharyn;


(Mr. Magoo chiming in here as it is nessasary for him to relate to all readers that therealsherrimitchell “HAD” TO FESS UP! Sharyn was planning another, sadly her last, trip up there to retrieve a few things therefore would have found out firsthand both therealsherrimitchell and loser sidekick shack-up bastard had been lying to her all this time!!).


Chris never took the job offered to him and now what were they going to do?

Prior to them both coming to Oregon to reside in the home a Texas car company was threatening repossession of the truck and car and there was also no current registration or insurance on both cars. When I asked my sister what she had done about it, if anything, she replied that although she was extremely upset by Sharalyn’s irresponsibility, she couldn't leave Sharalyn without transportation for the children's sake; she had paid the full amount on both cars, had a promissory note written and they were to make monthly payments to her from their proceeds at the Bargain Barn.

She was also giving them money (Approximately $500.00) for current registration of both cars and Chris and Sharalyn were to have her name put on the registration of each car as a lien holder which they failed to do! My sister later told me that neither Sharalyn nor Chris put her name on the truck and car and she was extremely upset because the registrations had not been made current; Chris and Sharalyn had used the registration money for other purposes, not for current registrations. The $10,000.00 (plus) was not to "purchase" the cars for Sharalyn and Chris but to ward off repossession of the cars for outstanding nonpayment by them. I do not recall if my sister also paid for car insurance.

I am also aware from our numerous conversations that Sharyn continued to pay all or most of the LaPine residence bills; i.e., electricity/gas, mortgage/house insurance/property taxes, cable TV/

(Mr. Magoo must step in here: nope couldn’t be cable T.V. cause loser sidekick shack-up worthless dillweed at the time was selling illegally altered Direct T.V. satellite cards and of course had one for himself in the La. Pine residence, in other words stealing T.V. from Direct T.V. and aiding in others to do the same!)

/internet/telephone bills along with sending frequent amounts of money even after my sister purchased the Bargain Barn as a means of support for Sharalyn and her children. Sharalyn's frequent calls stating they were in dire need continued even though Sharalyn was receiving Oregon State assistance, (fraudulently), receiving income from the Bargain Barn and Sharalyn's E-Bay business which my sister had paid for to have set up. As a result of these phone calls when I was visiting, my sister would be visibly shaken most of the day. My sister also told me that Sharalyn had mentioned several times to her that Chris hated living in Oregon and was going to take the children with him back to Texas after reporting Sharalyn to Child Protection Services as an unfit parent.

(Mr. Magoo HOLDS THEM BOTH equally culpable in their years of deception, lies and manipulation but this is just one of many angles they perpetrated, using the kids against Sharyn, to benefit themselves and get what they wanted…a check!)!!

The aforementioned statements are true facts as witnessed by me.

To the Attorney for the relatives of Sharyn Marie Perrin:

I was unsure whether the following information could be included in my attached notarized statement although my sister confided in me why she felt obligation to Sharalyn. I couldn't bite my tongue any longer and confronted her about Sharalyn's constant phone calls for money and told her that in my opinion, she was being lied to and used as a "cash cow." She admitted that she had finally realized this too and was terribly hurt but had invested too much time, effort and money in trying to straighten out Sharalyn's life and buying the Bargain Barn, setting her up in E-Bay and moving her family to Oregon was a last ditch effort on her part. Sharyn disliked Chris intensely and didn't want Chris to come to Oregon but Sharalyn told her if he didn't come, the children and her wouldn't either and Sharalyn would make sure she would never see her or her grandchildren again.

(remember ole Magoo eluding in the last paragraph of her sisters notarized statement about the many angles they both used to milk Sharyn financially, using their own kids, HER GRANDKIDS, against her to benefit themselves and manipulate more money out of Sharyn). (Magoo has e-mail after e-mail which I’ve shared one here already..see archives, proof of the validity of these statements, of her using the kids as a way to manipulate money from Sharyn. (Sadly it was years they did this to “that sweet lovely Grandmother she boasts about on her website blog…you know that blog that’s now been removed btw…yep they cut and run AGAIN, (see Bye Bye Blackbird!). The same Grandmother that sits atop her shoulder and whispers, “I love you in her ear”…you all read that part on her blog didn’t you?)


When Sharalyn's mother, Stephanie became pregnant at 15 or 16, the consensus of Stephanie's father was that either she got an abortion or she had to leave the household. Sharyn was adamant that Stephanie have the baby and sent her to my other sister in Oregon for the term of pregnancy. Her exact words to me were: "If it weren't for me, Sharalyn would have never walked on this earth and I have to be responsible for her".


Although my sister was an intelligent woman, her intense emotional feeling of obligation to Sharalyn totally clouded her better judgment. My other sister and I, along with other family members, were well aware of Sharalyn's history of manipulating Sharyn for monetary gain or "cleaning up her messes" from the time Sharalyn was a teenager. My sister was constantly getting her out of difficulties, financially and otherwise, which were created by Sharalyn's actions such as theft, skipping out on rent numerous times, an extortion attempt that Sharalyn cooked up to get $50,000.00 from her step-father with claims that he molested her and when her step-father told her to go ahead and press charges, Sharalyn backed off and my sister had to "smooth" things over, so to speak. Sharalyn admitted to my sister that it was untrue and the only reason she did it was because her stepsister got financial support for college.

Mr. Magoo also knows the other reason: Sharalyn stole a credit card from her stepsister at this time, used it and got found out, but when “confronted to repay the theft” she served her step-father…who was nothing but kind beyond what she deserved to her…the letter accusing him of molestation accompanied with an extortion demand of $50,000 hush money or else!

I could relate many more incidents about Sharalyn's history of using anyone and everyone for her own benefit. Suffice to say, you will be deposing a person who has "honed" her skills of deception from an early age.
