Howdy-doo ole Mr. Magoo here bringing you those audio clips I promised you in the early stages of construction. In these audio clips you’ll hear therealsherrimitchell squirm and struggle to conjure up even more lies; dig herself a deeper hole with contradiction and deception. These files are clipped from several hours of phone conversations taped by a family member during Sharyn’s final days in order to gather proof and allow therealsherrimitchell to, slip up, contradict herself, lie, and show, therealsherrimitchell we know far to well, when faced with the truth. And for her family members to use against her in a court of law further down the road. You’ll hear her tell outlandish lies, deflect culpability away from herself and onto her no-good, low-life, scumbag of a shack up partner in crime, and ole Magoo here will preface each piece with THE TRUTH! (Funny, you’ll hear her speak of how she hates yet can do nothing about that low-life scumbag of a shack up boyfriend…you know the one she made you all believe was her hubby…and how she is powerless to stop him from perpetrating more crimes against her grandmother, and then has the audacity to ask, “what am I suppose to do?” Ugh leave or…teeheehee, divorce him would be a thought!)(but alas they aint really married so thats rediculous).

(But the truth is they work together, they are equally culpable and work as two peas in a pod committing criminal act after act against anyone they can find to victimize). You’ll hear her talk about “Doing the Right Thing” as discussed in an earlier archived piece titled…hehehe…Do the Right Thing. You’ll hear her demeanor change to anger as she is faced with the truth of her felonious acts perpetrated against her grandmother and Uncle Jim.

They blame US! It’s our entire fault!! (because we FOUND her out and call her out!).

You’ll hear that POTTY MOUTH I spoke about, a far cry from the pure of heart Christian woman she painted herself out to be to her online public over at the antique café blog. It’s all right here for your audio pleasure :) You’ll hear her plead for more time, (only to buy time to lawyer up and do exactly the opposite of what she swears she couldn’t live with herself if she did go through with it). (see archives). I can go and on but lets just get to the goodies shall we? You, the public after hearing it straight from the horse’s mouth and are free to form your own conclusions.

Now allow ole Magoo to preface this first piece for you: In this clip the family member confronts her with the promissory note the family found in Sharyn’s apartment after her son brought Sharyn home to care for her during her final months. At the same time the family began to see via her checkbook records years of $100, $200, $300 checks sent to her, her hard drive riddled with e-mails begging for money to clothe, feed, plus pay her bills and/or Chris was threatening her with the kids. Yep she used the kids and or Chris her scumbag partner in crime, against her repeatedly as evidenced in the archives under: Do the Right Thing! They found the promissory note to the tune of $10, 603 which they agreed to pay $318 a month and were in fact almost a year behind in payments. (See archives). The $25,000 aprox. For a 2nd hand shop Sharyn was coerced into buying on one of her visits. Not to mention the receipts for utilities on the home and business throughout this entire time.

The family however after confronting therealsherrimitchell will come to be accused of being VULTURES, (Magoo has those e-mails too!), ransacking her apartment and selling off all her belongings for our own profit. Now it’s important to note at this very time therealsherrimitchell was illegally selling her grandmothers and her Uncle Jim’s personal property on E-bay and Overstock.com. (Yes we have all this documented to). We were also being accused of MURDERING Sharyn and cremating her body shortly after her passing all under the very much appreciated, thankful guidance of Hospice and their many volunteers. (See archives).

You’ll then hear her outrageous lie on the fly…she pulled this doozy from deep out of her ass, about putting $14,000 of her own money into the store thus negating the validity of the promissory note. Ole Magoo never found any evidence of this claim, even as he reads this Magoo wonders... if she had $14,000 which she didn’t, then why didn’t she put up her own money with grandma’s to purchase the store? Why didn’t she just buy it herself, get a loan for the rest? WHY THE NEED to be BAILED out and relocated at Sharyn's expense to Oregon so you can hide from the Texas collection agencies and socials services?

Because that $14,000 is a figment of her demented lying mind. It was later brought out in court there never was $14,000, she couldn’t produce any receipts, any evidence to validate this claim. She even claimed the store WAS HERS! But later in court when pushed to produce such evidence she had to confess, Sharyn owned the store…thus had to repay the estate the amount in which she profited from after selling it days after Sharyn passed. Yep she’s Christian through and through. How did she repay the estate you might ask?

Lastly you’ll hear her mention submitting such information to her lawyer. You know that information/evidence proving she put $14,000 of her own money in the store thus negating her responsibility to the promissory note. Well we know how that turned out now don’t we? Truth is there was no $14,000, there was no forgiveness of the promissory note and in fact there was NO LAWYER…at this time. It’s all bull-pookie! LOL! It’s CLASSIC therealsherrimitchell at her best/worst! Does therealsherrimitchell hate us? You darn tooten she does! That feelings mutual however :) We LONG AGO wiped our hands of her refusing to help her in any way after repeatedly stealing, lying, betraying our trust...the list goes on and on! The best part is we are diligent in NOT allowing her to parade herself as this pure of heart, God fearing, Christian woman, mother and wife she so eloquently enjoys decieving the public into believeing she is.
