If I could meet you in person I would kiss you! Thank you for exposing your niece and letting me know that I am not the only one to be taken advantage of by her. It is a horrible feeling to have someone try to steal from you and her actions made me stop selling/creating for a long time because I was so hurt. I have wanted to comment to you on the blog, but honestly I was afraid she would figure out who I was and began harassing me again. She is very unstable and scary to deal with in any manner.
No more! No one should have to cower to her empty threats anymore! Now that they know they are just that, "EMPTY"!
She is possibly the most hateful human being I have ever met. Thank you for fighting the good fight and know that your blog has allowed me to put some closure to the pain she has caused me. Jamie
Your welcome and I'm so proud of you and the others stepping forward to share your unfortunate experience with TRSM. The stories are identical because this is her pattern, this is what she does. She lures you in and then when she is caught in her lies, copycatting and head games she spews forth empty threats, vile e-mails, and then spreads false rumors about what REALLY happened. The more people come forward, the more speak out, the weaker she gets and the innocent are warned/saved.

Hey Joe :)
Lord no I have never spoken with her. Only through the emails I have copied for you below. She contacted me at my ETSY store (January 2008) and ranted and raved over my ledger paper and ephemera. She said she would love to feature me on her blog and show my "beautiful goodies” I said that was fine. Now, looking back, I believe she was hoping/expecting that I would send her the things for free so I could be featured on her blog.
No doubt she wanted those as freebies...she needs every penny she can get with all her financial troubles. (All self-inflicted I might add).
Might as well throw in thats about all she has is pennies.
She likes to present herself online as quite the opposite of what she faces everyday in her reality.
I shipped the order in a US postal flat rate box. I used leopard print paper to pack around and cushion the order. (This is important later:) I also used a decorative cutout of three antique eggs that I printed out on real ledger paper and placed on each item she ordered. Then I punched out scalloped cutouts of ledger paper as a Thank You gift. It was these pieces that sunk her ship in the end as you will see.
Sure did and you did good. Everyone visiting will be able to see now as well.

So. A week later I received a PayPal dispute saying that she had never received her order and wanted her money refunded.
(Sounds typical of her).
I had been running my store for over a year and had NEVER lost a package. I had over 700 sales at that point and was at a 100% feedback rating. I immediately refunded the money and went on ETSY to apologize to her. She had closed her account. So then I went to her blog to apologize and there on her blog were photos of the things she had bought from me and she was saying they were a "gift" from a friend!!!!
(Yep she lies, she lies more than she utters truths, and when confronted what did she do? She pulled a RealSherriMitchell, read on).
I was speechless. I have never had someone steal from me before. My husband made screen shots (he does own a computer consulting company by the way:), and then I sent her the first email. The rest played out over the next two days and you can read all the emails and the PayPal transaction below. Read them from the bottom up because I do not have the computer skills my husband has and I just copied and pasted them to Word.

By the way, she blamed the whole thing on poor Madison. And you can see that she has a PayPal account with Madison's name on it too. Rotten. To. The. Core.

What does she tell her customers when they ask why they are sending payment to a Madison and not A Sherri? What excuse does she use? What lie does she give them?

Then Sheri removed the photos from her blog. The whole mess just took the wind out of my sails and I took a long break from blogging and selling. But then in July 08 I found your site (I was googling her trying to find her next blog) and then I knew who I was dealing with in Sherri. And the blog made me realize that it had nothing to do with me. She is just a horrible person and it was nothing personal. She does this to everyone. Even her own family. And for some reason that was comforting to know I wasn't the only one. And I have kept tabs on her ever since. Antique Paperie, SMDesigns, SherriMitchell Designs, Antique Cafe, The Blue Buckle, My Bella Paperie and on and on. I have a special folder in my favorites called, "Sherri Mitchell's Crazy File" LOL!!!! I am a little obsessed, but she is really a soap opera within herself and I can't help myself but check on her and watch the madness.
The comment she makes demanding I remove my blog post refers to this post:

And, as you can see, I never removed that post. But I was afraid she was going to sue me. I did Google her lawyers and only found the first (Albetazzi) listed as an Oregon lawyer. Interestingly enough the names Albetazzi & Freidman do occur together on Google. They are the co-authors of a book about mental health. I have always thought maybe she was reading from her bookshelf when she wrote that email.
( I like that Albetazzi and Friedman part...fitting actually, is it not? Mental Health and Sherri's lack thereof?).
Okay...time for ole man Magoo to interject here. Lets spread some TRUTH here shall we?

That name sure sounds familiar. Why thats because...Anthony Albertazzi is OUR lawyer! Anthony Albertazzi, Angela Lee and Chris Ford. All three worked for Magoo and family during our Mothers Probate and all three worked on our case. Anthony argued the case and Angela, why Angela sat right behind me along with the rest of the family. Lets see...there was the entire family on our side and then there was...Sherri, her lawyer Michael McCord, some other lawyer McCord hired and some female assistant there Sherri hid behind. Where was Chris her devoted "*ahem* *cough* *cough* hubby? You know, the one she MUST obey. Where were her friends? Where were her family members in support of her? Simple: There are none.

Why would she falsely claim The Albertazzi Law Firm as HER lawyer?
Why not just use her own lawyer, Michael McCord?
You can google him, he'll come up.

HE is fed up with her psycho babble and obvious lies and has had enough of YOU!
Gee seems to be a pattern here with people who associate with TRSM.
So. Long story short. No, I have never spoken with her. I have seen the blog posts that get removed every time she puts herself in a corner and she has claimed her family is out to get her in the past. And since no one else speaks up it appears to people (readers) who don't know her well that this is only a family matter. I know there are others out there she has swindled and stolen from. Too many to count probably. I am sure she is telling those good Christian ladies that you are all out to get her. I know that is why they keep being her friend. I can't believe they do that, but they do. My son is doing much better and can go back to school tomorrow:)

That photo on my blog is from a Pretty papers, and she uses Bird Eggs, News Prints etc... on all of her packaging. I just recieved it in the mail a few days ago, and It's my favorite. I did NOT recieve anything from you but a box with leopard printed tissue or brown paper (whatever that was). It had a hole in it, plus there were some kind of rotten cardboard pieces that literally made the Post Master and me sick. I am appalled that you think I would put a photo of merchandise on my blog and then ask for a refund. I do not operate that way.

Luckily for me my husband runs a computer company and was smart enough to screen shot all of your photos before you erased them from your blog. I save all of my scraps from my ledger punch outs so it was as easy as putting a puzzle together. Thank goodness the store owner writes the word potatoes all the time so the handwriting analysis was easy. The ledger paper used in those punches and used to wrap around the ledger paper packet is new and has never been offered in my store by the sheet. I used it to wrap your paper because I thought you would like it.
