Doing the RIGHT THING!

Howdy-do ole man Magoo here once again to shed a ‘lil light on who therealsherrimitchell is :) This chapter entitled "Doing the right thing" will reveal therealsherrimitchell in all her glory! Here’s a ‘lil preface I'm sure your all going to enjoy, see therealsherrimitchell is and always has been a bad seed. Ostracized from the family most of her adult life from her many thefts, betrayals of trust, and use of manipulation and lies to benefit herself. (Oops did I mention defrauding the states welfare systems and leaving unpaid rents and utilities in Texas and Oregon?)

This is but a sample of how she used such lies and manipulation to drain her grandmother, not to mention add undo stress and worry.

Sore mouth, tooth decay, suicidal and the kicker Chris demands nasty b.j.'s from her oh my! :) Lets see... guilt, sympathy, stress, worry all angles (manipulation/sob story) used here to attempt to milk even more money out of her...

Now onto the above aforementioned title...Doing the right thing! Most of the internet audience out there are unaware of your "dear and beloved Uncle Jim", aren’t they? You see Jim is the 2nd son of Sharyn Perrin unfortunately born disabled with severe retardation and autism. The last 20 years of Sharyn's life they spent together. Sharyn, devoting herself to his well being and health trying to provide the highest quality of life for him as she could possibly provide AND she did an AMAZING job, I might add. The house at 16184 Del Pino Drive in La Pine Oregon was originally bought by Sharyn to provide a home for her oldest son who had managed to get in a bit of trouble himself. After he ruined that opportunity, Sharyn being vested in the home fixed all the damage and successfully lived there with Jim herself until, tragically, her mother passed and Sharyn was in Calif. tending to her mothers estate. Sadly during this time she herself was diagnosed with cancer and to make a long story short she never permanently returned to live in the home again. A 3 year battle :(

Our lil miss therealsherrimitchell came to reside in Oregon after she herself managed to "once again" get in trouble with the authorities in Texas and needed a place to run to. Sharyn "once again" feeling responsible (undeservingly so) for Sherri offered to let Sherri and Chris stay there provided they respect and take care of the home during her illness. Their immediate assignment once there was to use the money Sharyn "forwarded to them" (evidenced by notarized promissary note and letter from Sharyn to their loan officer – who was surprised to learn that the truck they had loaned money against was no longer in Texas!) to register the two vehicles, (car and truck), with the state of Oregon and provide insurance for them. They later used the money for something else and to this day those two vehicles are undoubtedly still currently registered with the state of Texas, if they are registered at all. They both promised to get jobs and in fact Sharyn actually got Chris a job with the Deschutes county rangers, (parks dept.) which he didn’t show up to on the 1st day of work, but they both knowingly lied to her for months that he was working that job and soon would be able to begin repaying her. Sharyn was also guilted and pressured, by therealsherrimitchell using her temper tantrums and threats, into buying a 2nd hand store not far from the house for a whopping $22,000 give or take - Sharyn paid for the utilities and internet access there, cause these two con artists are too damn lazy to seek and secure responsible employment for themselves and maintain it like every other citizen of the country is able to do to pay their OWN BILLS! Much less BEGIN to repay Sharyn for therealsherrimitchell and bum sidekick in crime, loans and acts of kindness. Thats $10,600 some odd plus $22,000 aprox.! Lets NOT forget you were also receiving money from the state of Oregon claiming to be an unwed mother of 3 living alone while living the lap of luxury in your grandmothers rent and utility free home. I’ll take this time to add during all this time Sharyn was paying rent to live in an apt. with Uncle Jim in Calif. attempting to settle her late mothers estate and battle cancer!

You see ole Magoo and all of Sharyn's responsible and self reliant living children were ALWAYS told repeatedly her last wishes for the house. It was to be sold at the time of her passing for fair market value and the proceeds be placed into an irrevocable trust for Jim's care should anything happen to his state assistance. (Nobody can predict the future, it was meant/allocated for emergency purposes). Of course only in the time therealsherrimitchell came to reside in the home had the siblings then been told differently that therealsherrimitchell would be given 1st right to buy the house..."at fair market value" (proceeds to Jim's trust) and within one year if she had not been able to do so the siblings were to sell the house for fair market value and place the proceeds into the trust for Jim. So it came as a COMPLETE SHOCK to her children when the Will was returned to Sharyn by her lawyer, to discover the Will read a ridiculous amount of $50,000! (Funny how this $50,000 amount seems to always pop up when therealsherrimitchell is in the picture...see extortion attempts). After an extensive investigation and inquiry by the family with Sharyn's lawyer to determine the validity of this ridiculous amount, the lawyer confessed the Will was ill-prepared and riddled with typos and omissions... (he even REFUSED to accept payment admitting his office was unprofessional, irresponsible and negligent). Unfortunately they were unable to reverse this tragic error and the Will proceeded as written. You can see in Sherri’s letter to the executor when she speaks of doing the right thing she is eluding to the fact that the house was to be sold at "fair market value" not a ridiculously low amount of $50,000 AND the proceeds be put into a trust for Uncle Jim. She admits openly on audio tape this fact as well - which ole Magoo is in the process of getting out to you soon so stand by :) - Allow ole Magoo to take ya back to Nov. of 2006 just months before Sharyn passed. Sharyn was in the advanced stages of her battle with cancer, administered heavy doses of medication including morphine tablets, and beginning the stages of detaching herself from this world. When low and behold the family was hit with a real shocker! Seems lil miss therealsherrimitchell was expected to come and stay for 2 weeks to help care for Sharyn. Well as usual that didnt last long, in fact, and these are the facts, Sharyn called her son one evening and her son asked how things were going with therealsherrimitchell and was shocked to discover the realsherrimitchell had already skipped town after 4 or so days! In fact when asked further Sharyn admits Chris called saying the baby was sick, had a fever and didn’t know what to do so therealsherrimitchell has Sharyn, in her advanced state of illness and highly medicated, drive her 20 miles away (Martinez, Calif.), to take a train out of town at approx. midnight! To say the least the son was livid and rightfully so! Something ain’t right in Dodge here, this smells of thereaslsherrimitchell and her TRUE SELF. Low and behold the ramifications of that brief 4 days began to slowly rear its ugly head in the short months to come. Allow ole Magoo to fill our listeners/readers in :) Within a week of therealsherrimitchell skipping town in the middle of the night via train back to Sharyn's Oregon house – which Sharyn paid the bills on - Sharyn could no longer care for herself and her son immediately brought her home and set up hospice care in his home. Family and friends visited with her from all over the globe, where was the realsherrimitchell during this time you ask? Why she was living rent and utility free in Sharyn's house while making fraudulent charges on Sharyn's credit cards attempting to buy things off the internet and pay utility bills! (See previous infraction of therealsherrimitchells history of fraudulently using other people’s credit cards here:

(Below is an excerpt from legal papers prepared for therealsherrimitchells deposition which she lied throughout).

2. Danielle Carr, Sherri's sister, was attending college near Dallas. Danielle had credit cards of her fathers, Greg Carr, to use for what she needed during school. While out shopping for clothes and necessary items for school, Sherri accompanied Danielle. During the shopping spree. Sherri somehow copied or got a hold of Greg's card numbers and on another date soon after went on a shopping spree of her own. Amount unknown but was quite substantial. When Greg discovered the charges he confronted Sherri and demanded she repay the amount. Shortly after Greg received a letter in the mail accusing Greg of sexual molestation of her throughout her childhood and was going to the police if he didn’t send her $50,000. Greg being innocent of the allegations told her to go ahead and Greg never heard from her again. The amount has never been paid back and Sherri never brought forth the charges. Since then she has retold that blatant lie over and over again to anyone who would listen and even had my mother, Sharyn Perrin believing it. Greg showed me the letter during a visit with him in the summer. Both myself and my wife read the letter. During my mothers illness I spoke with Stephanie (therealsherrimitchells mother), who volunteered info on the incident. She swore that the alleged molestations NEVER occurred! (Coincidence:$50,000 extortion letter and $50,000 to buy the house?)(Coincidence: 4 days out of a promised 2 weeks visit during her advanced stage of cancer and out of the blue therealsherrimitchell now has her credit cards information AND then uses them illegally while her grandmother lay dieing of her illness?). What FATHER does not know how to care for a child with a fever? What fever is SO tragic that she had to flee at midnight and forgo her "beloved grandmother, you know the one who sits on her shoulder and whispers, "I love you", to her while she stays up all hours on her pc trying to sell estate items during that time, blatantly and neglectfully placing her "beloved grandmothers" last dieing days below a child’s fever? Are these the acts of any grandchild much less a self-proclaimed person of faith? ONE LAST opportunity to...(sorry cant resist), "Do The Right Thing" and honor her commitment (promise), to stay 2 weeks and HELP care for her especially and in light of the multitude of "cheeks turned" (<---lil christian reference there) , by Sharyn. All the aide, all the forgiveness and lifetime of repeated support finacially and emotionally by Sharyn to therealsherrimitchell and how does she repay her? 4 days and a latenight skee-daddle with her credit card info. Now thats therealsherrimitchell so sayeth Mr. Magoo :) Sorry but ole man Magoo fails to find that "GREAT LOVE" therealsherrimitchell proclaims to have for her deceased grandmother in any of the above described events.

Yes therealsherrimitchell attempted to fraudulently use Sharyn's cards while she lay in her deathbed. Some successful, some thwarted after the siblings where called by the card security depts. inquiring if these purchases or attempts were valid. That in a nutshell folks is THEREALSHERRIMITCHELL! The executor promptly closed all the cards and yet we boldly received disrespectful e-mails from therealsherrimitchell shortly after crying how is she going to pay her bills!!!

So in a nutshell therealsherrimitchell NEVER intended to "Do the right thing" as she stated in her "attempt to buy time" "snowjob" of a letter to the executor...but rather the opposite. She manipulated Sharyn into that ridiculous amount to purchase the house, stole her credit card info, fled in the middle of the night making a deathly ill person drive her to the station at a ridiculous hour of the evening, oh, and lets not omit the fact, Sharyn PAID for the train ticket, (I Mr. Magoo has the stub). The "TRUTH", oops there’s that word again, :) is she could care LESS about her disabled Uncle Jim, and a few siblings can attest to her on many occasions saying she cant stand Uncle Jim. She knowingly and maliciously lied throughout the entire time of loss to benefit herself and bum of a sidekick! She STOLE once again from her family but even worse from an innocent, who is not capable for defending himself. How low is that? Interested in maintaining that relationship with her now? Well let this be a warning to all from ole man Magoo, ya hear? Mr. Magoo hates to say I told ya so, as unfortunately, he had to say several times throughout therealsherrimitchells teen and adult life to Sharyn :(

And what has now become of therealsherrimitchell and "Do The Right Thing" episode? Well just read the archives where you'll find the home is in foreclosure, tax liens placed on both of them against the house, no payment for over 4 months per a call to Recontrust and no payments forthcoming in the near future per Recontrust...so maybe not all is well in therealsherrimitchells delusional world after all...but then all you faithful readers of hers can make up your own conclusions. :)
