Having a hard time swallowing that humble pie this therealsherrimitchell is, and I have e-mails in her words describing how hard a time she has swallowing other things too...DOH!

Truly an eye opening blog. Many of us in the artist community have been used & abused by this woman and had our names dragged through the mud as horrible people out to get her. She is quite good at making up stories portraying herself as the victim and those around her as the villian. Kudos to you for speaking the truth! It must be salt in open wounds to read her over-the-top rantings about God and the memory of her grandmother knowing none of this is her true nature, just a way to sucker the next group of unknowing victims. Sadly, even these truths will be distorted by her and gain her sympathy from someone with a big heart unable to see her for the person she really is. Post on Magoo - the truth deserves to be heard!

Yo MaGoo, once again you catch the true Sharalyn as she really is. I did'nt see any reason for her to apologize to the good Lord, I'm pretty sure he is used to hearing that potty mouth anyway. We at the Magpie Mafia checked out her latest spew of trash/lies and we to are appalled at the crap she is putting out. Ireland!!!! she'll have to really scam a wealthy one to ever get the cash and do you think she will be able to get a passport? IRS liens etc... in tow? We are not thinking so. Ol' Deputy Dog here. Anyone reading this latest rant should be able to understand that the only reason anyone would have to pay an opposing party's attorney fees is because you LOSE! Since when does the winning side have to pay the other side's attorney's fees? That's right. They don't! Be that as it may, she really didn't pay the attorney's fees, but here's what she did have to pay: 50K for the house, about 20K for the Bargain Barn she coerced Sharyn into buying and then sold it right after she died as if it was hers to sell, 10K for the promissory note on the vehicles, 10K for the contents of the house, much of which she sold on e-bay while Sharyn was alive, and a few other Ks for various and sundry other misdeeds. And yes, she did cost the estate a fair amount of money to keep her from stealing the house outright with her false claims. That 50K for the house by the way? It's sitting in a trust fund for her disabled brother Jim. A big chunk of the rest went to pay the attorneys.
Lest anyone forget she was trying to sell the house on Craig's List when it wasn't even hers yet. That's right, The estate was still in probate when therealsherrimitchell and her partner in crime were showing the house to prospective buyers. Someone almost bit, too, before the executor of the estate tracked the potential buyer down and said the house wasn't there's to sell .. yet.
So, therealsherimitchell, instead of taking the offer by the estate of 50K in cash and forgiveness of the promissory notes to leave town quietly, fought the matter in court. Her case was so weak that, in the end, she had to borrow 125K or so at a high interest rate - no credit history to speak of - to pay off what she owned to the estate as well as her own attorney fees. Some "powerful" attorney. The realsherrimitchell conned him as well and caused him to embarrass himself in front of a judge, who took none-too-kindly that the matter was in court at all.
So instead of 50K in her pocket and the free cars, she's about to lose the house because, as usual, the dynamic duo refuse to get honest jobs and earn a living to pay their bills. And there's no-one left to bail them out.
Just a reality check for you ladies (and gents). Don't buy the rants. As the world finally catches up with therealsherrimitchell, those rants are sure to become more frequent and even more entertaining.

Ol' Deputy Dog with a correction here. The real sherrimitchell didn't claim to pay the attorneys fees on her rant. The ol' dog here is overdue for an eye exam. As for the rest of her rant, well she's just barking up the wrong tree.
Its all good DD, even ole Magoo aint 1000% all of the time but he does strive to be :) Fact remains your 100% correct about the Craigslisting. Ole Magoo darn near forgetted that doozy! Oh she paid alright! And she's still paying today for her greed. Well at least until Oct. then its back to the streets for these two :) And you know how cold it gets early in the fall there...lol! What comes around goes around Deputy Dog :)
