Howdy-doo oles Mr. Magoo here with some follow up audio I promised our faithful readers. Yep you heard it here. You can hear her squirm and struggle to conjure up, on the fly, lie after lie after lie when confronted with the truth. Or you’ll hear her time and again deflect responsibility/culpability on her low-life, no good, lazy, worthless, side-kick shack up partner in crime. You’ll hear her true self come out once confronted by the truth with no way out. Anger and her everyday POTTY MOUTH. (That pure of heart Christian faux face she wears online disappears real quickly). You’ll hear her in the following weeks try to play “the good person” role…have you read…”Do the Right Thing” here on the site? Why there’s no way she would steal outright from her “beloved Uncle Jim”. But never mind all that lets get right to the goodies shall we. I’ll preface each audio as I display it for your listening pleasure.
These audio tracks were taken from hours of phone conversations taped while Sharyn was in her last days.
The family was slowly beginning to see the damage monetarily wrought by therealsherrimitchell’s monthly sob stories and pleas for money from her grandmother. (See Do the Right Thing). We found out about the monthly checks, $100.00, $200.00, $300 at a pop, the promissory note and almost a year in arrears on monthly payments of $318.00…interest free to the total of $10,603.00, and the kicker the $22,000 approx. second hand store Sharyn was manipulated and coerced/guilted into buying. To provide income to support those kids that had already suffered a life on the run and needed stability! Add the fact Sharyn was paying all the utilities at both her home and the store and the picture became clear as to the extent and level these two were taking Sharyn for all she was worth.

How could they you ask? It’s quite simple. They are masters at the art of criminal behavior. They have practiced a lifetime of it and unfortunately Sharyn, (see Dreams and Sharyn’s “undeserving responsibility”), felt obligated. They BOTH KNEW this and used it, they repeatedly used the kids against Sharyn, coupled with her illness they used every angle in the book to milk her dry.Why have they not been caught or deservedly so incarcerated yet?
They have always been able to fly under the radar, either Sharyn would bail them out paying their bills or they would simply use the monies to vanish in the middle of the night from creditors.
Unfortunately the family thought they had her finally on the credit card theft but ran into a coward and insensitive District Attorney in Bend, Oregon who refused to prosecute on the grounds, neither of them has any prior convictions. WHAT?? How in the hell are they ever going to have any convictions if someone doesn’t grow a pair and prosecute them was Magoo’s first reaction! Magoo had but two simple yet legitimate questions for that Attorney, “How would you react, would you be passive in prosecuting these two IF this had been YOUR mother they abused? Would you be so reluctant to prosecute knowing all they had done to YOUR MOTHER in the hour of her passing AND have to listen to them both cold, calculated and intentionally with malice and spite accuse you of MURDERING her via over dosage of meds and then cremating her body to hide the evidence?
(Under the helpful eyes of a very much appreciated Hospice staff no less)!
Calling the family vultures for clearing out her apartment at the same time accusing the family of raping the apartment for our own financial gain!
( At the very same time therealsherrimitchell was selling Sharyn’s and Uncle Jim’s personal items on E-bay and Overstock.com!!!)
Oh yes, she was spitefully/hurtfully throwing these accusations at the family all at the same time the family was discovering Sharyn’s monthly checks, promissory note, store purchase, free utilities at home and the store, AND fraudulently using Sharyn’s credit cards while her grandmother lay in Mr. Maggo’s house dying!!

This is therealsherrimitchell conjuring up a goodie. See what she doesn’t know is the family KNOWS the truth already. Revisit and listen as therealsherrimitchell manages to bury herself even deeper in a den of deceit and lies!
In this chapter the family was doing everything within legal means to protect the estate and to secure two items of value which were the two vehicles Sharyn saved from being repossessed. (See promissory note)!
Knowing their history of vanishing in the middle of the night it was the responsible thing to do at the time. Did the family have any other recourse? There is a clear clause in the promissory note stating that if at ANY time they were in arrears, (they had not made a payment since May of 05), and the full amount will become due immediately, without notice, at the option of the lender.
Again the family feared the worst from these two and by legal means, (and had every right to), attempted to protect the vehicles, (estate assets), by repossession. Chris stated they were working with a lawyer in a previous taped recording.

In my last blog remember this lawyer NEVER existed…LOL! The same lawyer that held the papers showing she had free and clear titles on both vehicles…which alleged documents again never existed! “Why should I cooperate” she says. This pertains to the families requests to pay in full or face repossession.
NOTICE she changes the subject immediately so she doesn’t have to answer/face the truth. At NO TIME during Sharyn’s last days in Magoo’s home did we EVER deny therealsherrimitchell the right to speak to Sharyn. Magoo in fact, reluctantly he admits, even dialed the digits on the phone for Sharyn when she could no longer do so without error herself. So this is a BLATANT LIE!
Signed her will? Not true again in fact therealsherrimitchell was calling Sharyn’s attorney without the family’s knowledge nosing around and demanding a copy of Sharyn’s will. Truth be told the will was signed at this time and moving forward. However the family was SHOCKED and DISMAYED that what Sharyn had been saying before about her will was the complete opposite of what appeared in the will shortly after therealsherrimitchell pulled her 2 week stay into a 4 day run in the middle of the night care visit. (See archives). Putting the pieces of the puzzle together.
More spin and deflection from the immediate subject she conjures up a claim of the family contesting the will. LOL! Agreement about the Bargain Barn purchase and forgiving of the promissory note? Does she mean the agreement she claimed her make believe lawyer had in her possession and later turned out to be a LIE! She CLAIMS her make believe lawyer advised her NOT to bring forth these documents when the Executor politely, and by legal avenues requested she prove her claims. Now I ask you what lawyer would ever advise their client to not produce a document that would exonerate their client????
And now the best part of all…straight from the horse’s mouth. MURDER charges and autopsies! (Magoo reminds all readers she has repeated this disgusting invalid threat many times over the past years). (See archives). This is THEREALSHERRIMITCHELL! Disgusting, vile and defiant when faced with the consequences of her crimes! Being held accountable!
